Ashwani comes a family of yoga teachers and yogi's, he stared leaning yoga since he was 5 years old from his mother who is a well known yoga teacher herself. Ashwani had the privilege to learn yoga from many Himalayan master's and guru's as well many great western teachers. He is highly qualified and has studied many forms of yoga. He specializes in Sivananda yoga, Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga and Kundalini yoga.

Ashwani is a gifted yoga teacher with subtle understanding of human mind and emotions. He has a unique individual style of teaching and connects very well with the students. He helps the students to gain strength, flexibility and peace. He helps them to reduce distress, recharge and stay positive. The workshops with Ashwani are very popular and everyday of the workshop you regain youth and energy. His strength lies in the way he looks at life and his understanding of yoga philosophy.

Ashwani offers Classes, seminars and workshops world wide. He has conducted more than 200 workshops and trained more than 10,000 students in countries like Germany, Denmark, The Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Tunisia and India. He pioneered the concept of "Yoga at Work" in various organizations like United Nations (UNAIDS, UNDP, UNICEF), THE FORD FOUNDATION AND various embassies (Canadian High Commission, Slovak Embassy, Chinese Embassy etc. Also taught many corporate bigwigs and celebrities like Richard Gere.
